Vancouver, BC | Chef Gord Martin’s popular Bin 941 and 942 restaurants have always abided by a strict rule – no reservations! But that is all about to change with the launch of a brand-new Chef’s Table at Bin 942. This new, semi-private booth, set against Bin 942’s kitchen, is the only table in the Bin empire that is available for reservations. The Chef’s Table can be booked for parties of four to six, and guests can order their favourite items from the menu or put themselves in the hands of Chef Martin or Chef de Cuisine Michael Manlulu. With advance notice, custom menus and exclusive “Chef’s Table” creations are available by special request
Celebrate the launch of the new table and help support the Bins’ loyal industry following, until January 15th Bin 942 will be donating 20% of all food proceeds from all Chef’s Table reservations to the BC Hospitality Foundation, which offers financial assistance, beyond traditional medical benefits, to people who work in food, beverage and hospitality professions in critical times of need.
