Bob's Birthday Bash

Bob Smith turned 90 on January 20, 2010.  On Sunday the 17th a pary was held in his honour at the Hamilton Street Grill.  105 guests were instructed not to bring gifts as this party was to be a fundraiser with 75% of the funds going to the BCHF.

There was lots of dancing, music, eating and drinking!  The event rasied $1550 by donations and Bob generously matched the donations.  Bing Smith, Board Menber of the BCHF and son of Bob presented the BCHF with a cheque for $2400!!

Way to go Bob and Bing. Thanks to you both.  What a great idea and what a great way to raise funds.
